Your privacy on WenderBridge

When you create a bridge, we collect the information you provide: your email address, your pet's name, breed, dates, photos you upload, and any story or epitaph you write. Bridge Book contributors provide their name and optionally their email.

We collect basic analytics: page views, tap counts from NFC chips, and country-level location data. We hash IP addresses for rate limiting — we do not store raw IP addresses.

Pet photos uploaded to WenderBridge are never used for AI model training. They are never shared with third parties for any purpose other than the services you explicitly request (such as artwork generation or narration). They are never aggregated into any dataset.

When you request artwork generation or Legacy Narration, your photos or story text are sent to our AI service providers solely to fulfill that request. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your content for training purposes.

Tribute pages are permanent. We do not delete tribute pages due to inactivity, non-payment, or account dormancy. A lapsed subscription returns the tribute to the free tier — it never removes content.

If you choose to delete your tribute page, we will remove all associated data — photos, stories, Bridge Book entries, and generated artwork — within 30 days. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
