What WenderBridge is
WenderBridge is a pet memorial platform operated by Smoky Mountain Coilcraft LLC, Knoxville, Tennessee. We provide permanent digital tribute pages for dogs who have crossed the Rainbow Bridge, connected to physical NFC-enabled sculptures and products.
Your account
You create an account by providing your email address. We use magic link authentication — no password is stored. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account.
You may create tribute pages for pets you have owned or cared for. You may also receive tribute pages as gifts from others.
Content you provide
You retain ownership of all content you upload to WenderBridge, including photos, stories, and epitaphs. By uploading content, you grant WenderBridge a license to display that content on your tribute page and, if you opt in, on your breed's wall page.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content. Do not upload content that belongs to someone else without their permission.
Bridge Book contributions
Bridge Book entries submitted by visitors are subject to approval by the tribute page owner. We reserve the right to remove any Bridge Book entry that contains spam, harassment, or inappropriate content. Contributors grant WenderBridge a license to display their entries on the associated tribute page.
Free and paid tiers
WenderBridge offers a free tier that includes a permanent tribute page, up to 5 photos, Bridge Book, and listing on the breed wall. Free tribute pages never expire and are never deleted due to non-payment.
Paid upgrades (Spark and Keeper) provide additional features. If a paid subscription lapses, the tribute page returns to the free tier. Content is never deleted as a consequence of non-payment. Keeper Lifetime purchases are permanent and do not expire.
The permanence promise
We commit to the following:
- Free tribute pages will never expire or be deleted due to inactivity
- Photos and Bridge Book entries are never deleted without owner action
- 24 months notice before any service discontinuation
- Full data export always available
- No use of pet photos for AI training without explicit opt-in consent
Memorial gift products
Physical memorial gift products (ceramic tiles, framed prints, canvases) are manufactured by Wender Studios and fulfilled through our Shopify store. Product purchases are subject to standard shipping and return policies available at checkout. Custom artwork products are made to order and are not returnable.
NFC-enabled products
Sculptures and products with embedded NFC chips are programmed before sealing. Each chip contains a unique code that links to one tribute page. Once sealed, the chip cannot be reprogrammed. If a chip fails, contact us for a replacement QR code solution.
Prohibited use
WenderBridge is a memorial platform. Do not use it for commercial advertising, spam, harassment, or any purpose other than remembering a pet. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate this policy.
Limitation of liability
WenderBridge is provided as-is. While we commit to the permanence promises above, we are not liable for service interruptions, data loss due to circumstances beyond our control, or any indirect damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Knox County, Tennessee.
